Foam King Manufacturers Limited was incorporated in the Zambian market since April 1998. A wholly owned Zambian Company, we have our Head Office located in Lusaka, and an additional factory in Ndola, with multiple retail outlets positioned in the country.
Foam King boasts itself in being a leading foam manufacturer that has a significant contribution in providing quality guaranteed mattresses and other foam products. We are major suppliers to national institutions such as hospitals, schools, hotels, lodges and other established wholesale and retail organizations.
Foam King utilizes only high quality raw materials sourced from the leading supplier, Covestro International of Germany. Our high quality fabrics are specially made and designed for each of our mattresses and bed ranges.
As a value adding venture Foam King also produces an array of furniture from bed bases, to wooden chairs, wardrobes, and custom made products. With precision carpentry skills coupled with advanced tech machinery, we are able to meet all your needs. Our furniture division manufactures some of the finest lounge suites for your home and office, with a choice of several exquisite fabric designs.

In our quest for diversity Foam King launched a wholly owned subsidiary- Polyking Ltd in 2014. Polyking is specialized in the production of superior quality HDPE and PVC Pipes for the construction, agricultural and manufacturing Industry in Zambia. Using the latest in plastic extrusion technology, we produce the best pipes on the market.
